“I used to read this genre of novel all the time but hadn’t been able to find a good one for a while. Beneath the Lake was that book! The story with it’s twists and turns kept me reading instead of doing things like laundry and sleeping. I kept trying to guess what would happen – even to fighting the urge to flip to the back of the book to see. I have been guilty of that but it wouldn’t have helped. I would only have been confused!
